By using NextDoor Sites’ services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Overview

We provide ready-to-go websites for $69/month, including:

• Custom design (based on your input)
• Hosting and maintenance
• Bug fixes and technical uptime support

You only pay after you’re satisfied with the finished website.

2. What’s Included

The $69/month service includes:

• Website setup and launch
• Hosting
• Ongoing uptime monitoring
• Bug fixes and basic maintenance

3. What’s Not Included

• Ongoing content edits, redesigns, or feature modifications
• Email setup, third-party platform integrations, or advanced development unless quoted separately

For fully custom websites or advanced features, we provide separate quotes.

4. Payment Terms

• No payment is due until you approve the website.
• After approval, billing is monthly via PayPal.
• You may cancel at any time. Service ends at the end of the billing cycle.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Review and approve your website in a timely manner
• Not use your website for unlawful purposes

6. Support

Support is limited to:

• Ensuring your website is live and accessible
• Fixing any bugs or technical errors
• Monitoring server uptime and resolving technical issues

We do not provide content updates or custom development unless separately arranged.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your logo, content, and media.
NextDoor Sites retains rights to the website design and structure until cancellation or full buyout is requested.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your website will remain live until the end of your current billing period, after which it will be taken offline.
